My first SEI shipment
This company was very easy to deal with. Filled out the form to become a dealer and called the next day to place an order. No waiting for any paperwork to go thru (loved that part!)
Within 3 days my complete outdrive arrived, right on time. A stud was bent on the lower unit so I called up SEI and spoke to the warranty dept. They are having the unit sent back and repaired and shipping it back to me as soon as possible.
They have a very good customer service dept. Everyone I've talked to so far has been most helpful.
Not to mention the amount of money that I saved from buying it here, compared to any other place.
