Ended up with a bent prop shaft on our 2003 Four Winns Alpha I. Took it to a repair facility near the lake, he set up an estimate for the insurance company for the repair. Separate parts for repair were over $500 more than buying the SE116 unit ready to install. Used it this weekend for break-in and except for some harmonic noise around 2400 rpm, it felt fine. Next weekend we will pass 10 hours break in, and that will be the real test.
