new se116 noise around 2800 rpm/3000rpm

hello there I have a brand new se116, have around 4 hours and is making noise, only do when I go about 2800 rpm/3000 rpm, is this normal? thanks.

It is common for the gears to whine a bit while it is breaking in. It shoiuld quiet down around 10 to 15 hours after it is broken in.
