Unsure about MR drive

I am in the process of buying an boat that requires a new upper and lower drive unit, it is a 2.5 l Mecruiser and the owner tells me I have to find a MR Drive.
I wonder if this is the same as the SE 106?

The SE106 drive will replace it with no problem. You would need a 1.98 ratio.
