Strange Noise in Neutral on new SE106

Hi there,
1.during the test drive yesterday we heard a whining noise in neutral. In gear the nois dissapeared and the drive was quiet. Today cold the whining noise wasnt there anymore, but after running the engine for a few minutes in neutral the noise started again. There is also a knocking noise that wasnt there with the old drive. 2.At around 3000 RPM I feel a vibration. Is that normal with the new drive. It has around 2 hrs on it. Best regards

A whining noise in neutral is not unusual when the drive is new. It will decrease as you put some hours on it. A slight knock in neutral is probably just the pinion bearing being a little tight and it will loosen up. This might also be the vibration you feel. If you changed your gimbal bearing be sure it was seated all the way in.
