Need help

How do I know what ratio and sterndrive I need for my 1974 mercruiser 120 engine? Anyone have any idea where I can source it immediately.
I'm in Toronto Canada.

You would need an SE 106 drive with the old style short yoke in a 1.94 gear ratio.

We do have the drives in stock, if you order by noon we can get the order out the same day.
