  • Tool required to install Anode?

This may sound like a dumb question, but I hired my mechanic to install my SE106 and never saw the anode bolt before it was installed.

I need to install the fin type anode behind the propeller, but trying to look in the little hole, I can't tell what I need for a tool. Given that the mechanic assembled and installed it for me, I never got a look at the bolt before it was installed.

From what I can see by peering down the hole in the top of the drive, it looks like it is a hex bolt that requires a much larger allen wrench than any that I own. If that is the case, I just need to know which size to buy.

Or if it requires another tool, I need to know what I should use.

    Thanks in advance.

The allen wrench that you need is 3/8
