We have purchased 3 lower units for outboards and only one had an issue that was covered by the warrenty with no problems. I dought that anyone else would have covered the damage because it may have been the costomer's fault. We have also used 3 of the trim cylinders with no issues at all. Would highly recommend the products because they can't be beat at the price and warrenty coverage.
