We just purchased a replacement upper unit for our customers damaged merc Gen II and I want to say that we were surprised on the quality and ease of assembly, the unit went together quickly and my customer was extremely satisfied....owner changed his own gear oil and did not fill from the bottom and burned up the upper gear set. I priced out what it would cost to rebuild his unit but with the cost of the SEI unit it was a no brainer. Thanks....Jim
