I ordered my new stern drive upper and lower it arrived in two well packed boxes
I watched the video on installing The whole process took me all most 2 hours to remove old drive put together the new one and install it
I took boat out and broke in about 10 hours then replaced oil everything works great so far I am very happy with the whole process Thanks SEI
