Just wanted to say that I was suprised at how fast my new lower unit arrived. I also didn't expect to see the o-ring, that seal the lube passage between the upper and lower units, but there it was.
A couple of other notes for those interested:
- I reused my mounting hardware and removing the stud at the front of the old lower unit was a real PITA. probably would have been worth having a new one handy.
- the SE 116 comes with the new style connector for the speedo pickup, the new style connector is less than $10 if you care about a working speedometer.
