This is my first posting on SEI. I have recently become a dealer for these units. I've installed a couple SE106 uppers and an SE116 complete outdrive. Overall I would have to say I'm quite pleased with this product. The pricing is great compared to OEM and the warranty is unheard of in the marine industry. Always have the old units on hand because there are some parts that have to be transfered from the old unit to the new one. All of the units have the wine as many have stated but this get quieter as the gears break in. If there's one thing that I don't like it would be the paint or powder coating they use. It chips really easily and I've even seen units "touched up" right out of the box. The white painted "SEI" on the outdrive needs to get a second coat because its transparent and looks tacky. So besides the paint and the whine, I would say this is a great product and look forward to upselling these for years to come.
