  • New SE116

I have a 1991 Bayliner with an Alpha 1 Gen 2 drive. I have a 2001 mercruiser 5.7M engine. I am very interested in purchasing a new drive and have heard good things about your drive on my Bayliner forum. I gather I need a SE116, but what gear ratio do I need. Do you need any other data to help you? Additionally, will I need a new prop, trim, and transon assembly to go with this drive? Thanks

If you look on the port side of your drive you should be able to see the ratio on the sticker. You can also count the teeth on the upper gearset. Also If you let me know the serial number I can make sure it is an SE116

You will not need to change props or transom assembly

    Thanks,
