99 Mercury 250 Offshore lower unit
My 1999 mercury 250 outboard, lower unit finally let loose. I called SEI on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Ilene. She was very knowledgable, professional, and easy to deal with. After checking on all of the specs of my particular motor, she even called me back to double check my serial number after the order was placed. I appreciated her time and effort to make sure my experience and purchase was perfect. I received my new lower unit the next day, packaged very well, and in perfect shape. I installed it that night, it fit perfect, looks great, and is working just as planned. The warranty, price, and customer service sold me. I'm sure it will last as long as the original 1999 lower unit. Thank you Ilene & SEI for a great product and service!
