Recieved my upper unit in about a week from order. The instructions found on this web site where very helpful and more useful than my manual. Put a new water pump on lower unit and replaced my Gimbal bearing also. Other than some problems with my shift cable which I ended up having to replacem the installation went well. The unit runs smooth and quiet on the lake. Very pleased with this experience. Best of both worlds - end up saving a pile of money and ended up with a new vs rebuilt unit. So glad I happened to find out about SEI!
