new drive not pumping water?

hi again, i installed my new se106 drive but when i
ran my boat at idle was not pumping water to my engine
even took the hose that comes from the drive to my water
pump off and no water is coming out, not sure kind of seems
like its pumping backwards, i checked my engine rotation
and it's turning clockwize (looking at my water pump turn)
also put in in drive and it turns the right way so what
could be wrong?

I would check to make sure you got the water pump tube lined up correctly. If that is not the problem then I would check the impeller.
