I received the new unit 8 days after ordering. Packaging was excellent. The two halves fit together smoothly after I robbed the few bits and pieces that were needed from the old drive. Installation on the vessel was problem free.I now have 12 hours on the unit and it is shifting and operating smoothly although a bit of gear noise which was bothering me now seems to be diminishing as the unit breaks in.
