I ordered my complete SE116 upper unit on Thursday, the package arrived Monday at noon, just as the sales person said, and Installation of the upper unit was straight forward as the online PDF illustrated. Only found two gray areas that were of question. One, S.E.I. said “there is no need for the small screw that holds the ground washer to the upper unit”. Two , The two flat plastic pieces that snap onto the lower out sides of the upper unit, so to keep it from rubbing the lower part of the gimbal housing would not snap on to the new upper unit. With that said “My SEI Experience” was great 4 stars out of 5.
