I opened up 4 boxes of brand new SEI outdrive parts yesterday and everything looks awesome! So far, I have only bolted up the upper and lower units. I will try to install the bellows and shift cable this weekend, and with any luck, get the drive on by Sunday. I am looking forward to next weekend to start the break-in period and the family can hardly wait. I will let you know how that turns out. THANKS SEI for helping to get us back on the water and still have plenty of gas money left because of the price!
