SE106... first outdrive and all is good
Just received my SE106 for my 1980 Wilker 17. This is my first outdrive (Bought boat with a leaky mercruiser unit). I was going to go with a rebuild, but my local marine mechanics are all too busy to get it done soon, so I started looking at used and reconditioned units. That's when I came across SE.
3 year warranty with immediate delivery for a low price.... no brainer.
Install went as it should... easy. fit and finish were very good. I was a bit concerned that it might be noisy compared to a merc model, but it runs realls quiet and smooth. I am at 5.5 hours now, and so far so good.
