Bought a 2/1 lower unit in the ffall and installed short after. Installation was easy and the customer service was very good and top notch about answering all my questions , even ones relating to all the horror stories I heard about SEI's functionality and reliability. The customer service rep politely explained the problems and why the problems I heard of shouldnt cause me worry for my particular setup. Now that i have my unit I cant wait till it warms up so I can regularly take it out.
