after hearing noises coming from my out drive i was nervous about breaking down off shore so i started looking for used out drive then i found SEI brand new out drive for almost the same priced as a used one with 3 year warranty so i ordered a new drive from SEI took 3 days to ship o my house in maine and installed it in 40 min fit perfect and noise is gone .i would highly suggest this to any one in the market for a new drive
