Received all the parts well packaged. Downloaded the installation instructions (not step by step by ok) had to redo a couple of the steps a few times to get it right! As a do it yourselfer you will need help assembling and installing the complete unit. Had to learn the hard way and scratched the upper. Not the easiest but managable for a do it your selfer. Since it is late in the season I have not had it in the water however running it with water muffs on seems to do what it needs to do. Will update on a warmer day! Looking forward to a long uneventfully summer on the lake!
