When my lower unit was damaged, I chose SEI as my replacement.(SE405) I chose SEI because of many high reviews from fellow peers, an outstanding warranty, and a price that the dealer could only dream about. I ordered from SEI, I received my unit in a few days. Installation was a breeze and I am impressed that it was a near perfect match in color. I got my new lower unit for my merc 150 in 4 days.
Installed it and am back out fishing.
It shifts smoother and quieter than any of the merc outboards that I have owned.
