When we had the mishap of striking our lower drive on an unseen rock over the past weekend you could say that the wind was taken out of our sails for the upcoming holiday weekend and my wife and my hopes of spending it on our boat. But when I called SEI first thing Monday morning I was given a bit of hope as they had the parts I needed in stock and ready to ship. I chose overnight shipping and had my new lower at my door at 9 a.m. the next day. Here we are almost at the first holiday weekend of the summer and she's all put back together and ready to be put back in the lake! I can't say enough good things about the SEI customer service or the quality of the parts I received. I will definitely be doing business again in the future for all of my gear case and drive needs, thanks SEI!
