Called SEI and told them about my failure. They gave me a return number to write on box and told me exactly what to do to send it back. SEI received it on a Friday afternoon and sent me an email on Tuesday say the new one was on the way. Received it on Thursday. Wow, what amazing service! I highly recommend SEI for your boating needs!
