I bought my replacement outdrive during the summer... it was a painless experience. The technical support group did an outstanding job, the shipment went out as promised and shipped directly to my boat mechanic, although I would tell you that the order entry person was less than pleasant to deal with. Perhaps they should have their technical support group handle the order.
The outdrive has performed well, and seems to be a quality product at a reasonable price.
