I recently purchased a SE116 drive and the on first day of use the unit ran absolutly perfect. After hitting a submerged object in the lake I busted the lower unit on the drive. Got home emailed SE and in less than a week I was back up and running with a new lower unit. Now thats a iron clad guarrantee you can take to the bank! Great service, Great product, commitment to the end. Best advertisment money can buy..... I told at least a dozen boat owners about this company. A lot of people can produce a product but in todays world this kind of service is awfully hard to find. Thanks
