SE-106 , missing quad ring.
I recently opened up my NEW lower unit box and found quad ring not there. R(o-ring) is for sealing the the oil passage between upper and lower sections.
I called Your customer service, and was happy someone answered on the second ring. Person on the phone was very helpful and told me the ring was glued in place at the factory. Don't know how mine got missed or fell off, but it's not there. Your warranty dept. will be sending a new one out by mail.
Unit looks well made and can't wait to put togather and get boat out on the water. Thanks for the fast customer service.....
