seized outdrive

I have an SEI lower unit from 2004, I've not had any good luck with it at all, within the first 5 hours of operation the impeller failed. I had to have the boat hauled to replace the impeller, in 2005 I was deployed to Afghanistan so my boat was not used, 2006 with only 20 hours on the outdrive, I never hit anything and the lower unit had oil, but the lower gear came apart, seized the outdrive, sheared the engine coupling and now my marina wants to talk to me about problems with the upper unit. Can SEI do anything to help me?
