    I purchased an outdrive unit from your organization based on your stated "no fault" warranty.

    During the break-in period, a seal failed in the upper unit at less than 5 hours, causing the unit to run dry.

    When I contacted your company to file a claim under the warranty, your customer service representative furnished me with a return # (RG2445) and simply said "send it back and we will take care of it."

    I am extremely satisfied with how your company handles warranty claims - no questions asked and the prompt turn-around time - I had the outdrive back within a week.

    I hope not to be a repeat customer, but can assure you of referral business.
