Sei 106 year

Good morning. I was wondering if there is a way to tell the year of a used SEI 106 ? Found a small stick on tab in the lower half cavity which I assume was serial no. and date but it is worn smooth and unreadable. Is there any other way to tell the year of the drive ? Not of the utmost importance I'm just curious for my own information. Thanks. Richy

If you can't read the serial number, then there is no way to tell. Although if the serial number is not stamped in also, then it is more than 3 years old.
