gear ratio

I am wanting to purchase the se106 lower unit for my 3.0 mercruiser 1989 model. My question is the gear ratio. It does not ask me anywhere in the order form for the engie size or gear ratio. Does it not matter in the lower unit? Also does these units come with the rubber washers and all the stuff to put them together?

All the lower units run the same ratio for the 1989 Alpha One Gen 1. The lower unit comes ready to bolt up to the upper unit.
