Gimbal and U-Joint Grease

Hello,
Can the Quicksilver 2-4-C W/Teflon grease be used to satisfactorly lubricate the Gimbal Bearing and the U-Joints in an Alpha One unit ??
If not or if there is a better grease what would you recommend for each application ?

The Qicksilver 2-4-C grease will work fine for the gimbal bearing and u-joints.
