Couple of questions, I have a 1.65 sterndrive serial number 3569904 approx. 1969-70...I am looking at the 1.62 complete drive with the short shaft. will I see any performance difference due to the change? 2nd question is will the adnode from my older drive fit the newer one. I know the lower end will not work... it does have the trim and tilt cylinders. I have measured the bolt width....
