stuck in gear

My SE106 overheated so I replaced the impeller and shift cable. Now I can't seem to get the unit to shift out of drive and into neutral. I don't have any reverse.

Could this be a problem with the lower unit not shifting or a cable adjustment issue? I would appreciate if you could provide any assistance.

It sounds like a cable adjustment issue. Email warranty@sterndrive.cc and request the shift cable adjustment document.
