SEI warranty

I am thinking of buying a new SEI sterndrive unit from the USA and having it shipped to Australia as it would be much cheaper than buying it here. What I am wondering is if the warranty would still be valid in Australia and where to take it if warranty repairs are needed?

Our warranty does not cover freight for an international customer and we do not have any other locations for the drives to be worked on other than our factory in Clearwater, FL.
