I have a 1998 305/220hp Mercruiser/ Alpha 1 Gen 2/2:2 ratio on a 22' Deep-V. 15 1/2 X 17P Prop. I turn about 4100 RPM WOT @ 35 knots. WOT calls for 4800 RPM max. does SEI make a larger ratio to get that prop turning a little more to bring up the RPM's?

What is your current ratio? What you listed doesn't make sense. It should be either 1.5 or 1.65. Has it always been low on rpms? Assuming it was set up right from the factory, something must have changed. The engine is weak, or the boat weighs a lot more than it did.
Changing the ratio might just be a band aid.
