i am doing the cobra conversion with the SEI 116 and the conversion kit. the question is, i don't see any mention of the o ring kit that comes with it. nothing in the instructions. what are they for? and i read if you buy the conversion kit and the upper and lower, they modify it to fit?

never mind found the videos on you tube. that should be the official instructions.. -
Have at least 8 hrs on the new outdrive. So far everything is going good. Nice unit. Had to get the new shifter as suggested by SEI. Very nice piece. The only thing I have a problem with, is the white wire. Tried the boat for a couple hours. Then installed the wire. No difference in shifting. Backed the idle down and it works good.Comment
