Speedometer hookup SE116

How do I connect my speedo up?

All I have is a small tube coming from the gimbal.
The rest was stolen...no original parts.

A local marine store gave me a part that has threads and a quick release connector.

Your shift bushing has no threads and the merc quick release does not fit.

What do I need?

The part you need from mercury is 22-860382 This is the new style quick coupler fitting.
