SE 216 has a loud whine after changing bad drive shaft

I have a se216 that the water impeller key slot was milled to deep and allowed the key to spin on the shaft. I returned the drive and the drive shaft was changed out with bearings and a new water pump. I tried it out last night and it has a loud whine in neutral and in gear. A break in period was not needed on the repair sheet so I did run it at WOT to see if it made a difference, it did run at 5600 but has the same whine afterwards. Is this normal ? It seems tight.

Please give us a call so we can research it a little more. Sometimes the builders will change out gears if they don't like the looks of it, and may forget let the warranty department know.
