Just installed my New gear case on my 225 Optimax everything was going smooth until i went in put the prop on. I cant get the prop kit splines to line up. i noticed the deep V on the gear case and the more squared on the torque II prop kit. I read the post earlier about having to file down some burs. I don't have any burs. Any one have any ideas?

I'm sorry your experiencing an issue with the new unit. Is the motor a pro xs? Do you have a different hub kit you could try, maybe your spare prop? Is there possibly a small ding on the spline somewhere? If all else fails, call tech or warranty on Monday and we will get it taken care of.
