Just purchased a new lower unit for my 115 Evinrude intruder, I hope everything goes smooth on the install and break in. Would it be best to to rig it to crank up in gear?
Thanks for your purchase. There is definitely no reason to start it in gear. Shifting many times during tbe break in is recommended, so bo problem starting it in neutral.
